Pure Villa

Arrive through a quiet entrance courtyard of still ponds and trailing greenery, and Pure Villa opens out into something quite unexpected: almost three thousand square metres of lawn and tropical garden, a long turquoise pool and a series of white pavilions glowing against the palms. Set in rural Canggu with rice-field views, it is a serene, light-filled hideaway that lives up to its name in every detail.

The look is all white and softly luminous, from the canopied beds and painted timber to the pebble-strewn bathrooms with freestanding tubs and natural white marble. The main pavilion is glass-fronted and airy, with paper-lantern pendants above a twelve-seat dining table and two separate lounges of deep, cushioned sofas so nobody ever feels crowded. Six suites are spread around the grounds, from two generous master suites to four beautifully finished guest rooms, each named after a tropical flower.

Outside, the fourteen-metre pool is lined with sunbeds and parasols on a timber deck, a cushioned gazebo invites long afternoon naps, and a separate garden summer house is perfect for a candlelit dinner or a massage. At dusk, floor lamps light up across the lawn. A large team looks after housekeeping, the garden and pool, with a personal guest assistant on hand and breakfast included, while Echo Beach and Berawa are roughly twenty minutes away.
