Villa Oceane Breeze

Villa Oceane Breeze sits on the Horizon estate in the green hills above Choeng Mon, on Koh Samui’s peaceful north-east tip, with the sea glinting beyond the treetops and the soft sand of Choeng Mon Beach a short walk away. It is a relaxed, easy-going family villa with two levels, airy rooms and a breeze that lives up to its name. Quiet Choeng Mon is one of the island’s calmest beaches for swimming, and Chaweng, Fisherman’s Village and Big Buddha are all an easy drive.

The infinity-edge pool is the centre of the day, its blue-tiled water lined with rattan loungers and umbrellas and looking out across the bay. Beside it, a traditional open-sided sala holds a dining table for eight and a barbecue, so lunches and lazy dinners can happen right by the water. Indoors, a spacious living room with deep sofas and a TV flows into a long timber dining table for ten and a modern, well-equipped kitchen, with sliding glass doors opening onto the garden.

Five air-conditioned bedrooms are spread over two levels. Two king bedrooms sit right beside the pool with sliding glass doors and distant sea views, while the master suite, a second king room and a twin room, whose beds can be joined, are close to the main living area. Bathrooms feature bathtubs, sunken in some rooms, and rain showers. Housekeeping, a part-time villa manager, a gardener, pool care and security look after the villa, and a private chef, massage, laundry and a car with driver can be arranged.
