A glass elevator rises through the middle of Cloud Nine Ungasan, carrying you from the poolside living rooms to a rooftop terrace where a hot tub looks out across the green hills of Uluwatu. Built in 2026 on a hillside plot above Karma Kandara, this three-storey villa has been designed around wellness: a twenty-metre pool, a sauna, an ice bath, a massage room, an air-conditioned gym and an open-air yoga bale are all yours, at any hour of the day.
The ground floor opens wide to the garden and pool, with a lounge of deep sofas, a long indoor dining table beside the kitchen, and an outdoor dining terrace with a wood-fired pizza oven and barbecue for slow lunches in the shade. Upstairs the bedrooms look over the gardens and pool, while the top-floor master suite adds a glimpse of the ocean. Higher still, a covered terrace pairs a pool table and a cocktail counter with the hot tub and a projector for movie nights under the stars.
A villa manager, private chef, butlers and housekeepers look after the house, and breakfast is served every morning. Karma Beach Club and the paragliding launch at Melasti are both around 600 metres away, so the clifftop beaches of southern Bali are on your doorstep, while Uluwatu Temple and its famous sunsets sit around ten kilometres to the west.
